You may already have a regular meditation practice that this podcast supplements, or you may be starting to learn about mindfulness and meditation. Either way, a relationship with a mentor can enhance your experience. Join Rita live on Zoom for a weekly practice session. Each 30-40 minute session will follow a monthly mindfulness theme intended to support your practice, and include a guided meditation along with a brief checkin, lesson, and/or Q&A. Zooms are first through fourth Mondays at 5 pm US Mountain Time, starting in 2026.
